An ongoing portfolio of work encapsulating our harmonious relationship with nature; there is always more meaning to be found beneath the surface representation. While these photographs are of trees, trees are not the subject but their placement within the landscape and each other. Expression comes from the space between, the space around—representing our relationship to our natural surroundings. I work with trees because of the deep connection I have built with them—one which has evolved from my interactions with them in landscape—this guides the edges of my frame.
